Many future parents wonder whether their child will be healthy. Thankfully, there is the most chance of having a healthy baby. If you are pregnant you can have your child examined before the birth. This is called prenatal screening. Prenatal screening isn’t compulsory. You and your partner decide whether or not you want this.
There are two types of examinations:
- Screening for Down, Edwards and Pateau syndrome
- Structural echoscopic examination around 20 weeks

If you wish, we will also discuss this during the checkups in the beginning of your pregnancy.
